As a super user you can add details for your internal support staff, who can assist with various types of queries within the Neighbourhood Alert system. (These support contacts will be required to have an administrator account on your Alert site with their relevant contact details).
You can add these details from: main admin > site config > Internal Support Contacts:
You can then select the heading that each contact will be sorted under, as below:
Then search for the admin on your site, to be added as the contact (each heading can also have more than one admin assigned under it).
