If you are struggling to login to your account, make sure that you have checked the following:

• That you are logging into the right alert admin area; the neighbourhood alert system covers the whole of the UK and there are different sites for each police force. The URL of the admin area you are logging into should be admin.alertsitename.co.uk. You can find a list of all alert sites from this link https://www.neighbourhoodalert.co.uk/Content/Pages/About-Us

• If you are using your email address as the username, please ensure you are using the exact same version of the email address as is saved on your admin account.

• For anyone who uses password management software, make sure that the passwords are up to date with your current password on the site.
