Priority survey automation system

For any organisations that have the enhanced survey module, automation can be activated to send out their priority survey. This can be to send surveys for newly registered members only, or for new members. Follow up surveys can then be sent automatically after a set period (normally 90 days).

For a member to be sent this automated email, they must have been signed up on the site for more than 48 hours and their account must have a verified email. And the user must also have never before received the survey via the automated email. Or if they have, they must not have been chased for a follow up survey, and completed it, for more than the set period (normally 90 days).

The email that will then be sent to any of these members will depend on if they have completed a survey before, and when their account has been registered:
