Data Processing Agreement

This Agreement sets out the terms and conditions under which personal data held by the specified data controller will be disclosed to the specified data processor. This Agreement is entered into with the purpose of ensuring compliance with the Data Protection Act ("the Act") 1998. Any disclosure of data must comply with the provisions of this Act.
