How To: Find a User
This whole section covers the activities a Multi Scheme Administrator/Administrator undertakes in managing her/his users. Many of these activities require access to the user’s data in the ‘Full User Editor’ (see the next topic in this section), for example: changing ‘Alert Settings’; viewing the ‘Communication Log’ or ‘Incommunicado Log’; send ‘login reminder’ or send ‘auto-login email’.
Before any of these tasks can be carried out, the MSA/Administrator has to first find the user.
