How to reply to a Neighbourhood Alert email

From the bottom of any Neighbourhood Alert email that you have received you can reply directly to the sender of that message, which allows your message to be quickly directed specifically to the sender, which they are then notified of.

First, select the 'reply' option from the buttons or links at the foot of the email:

You can then compose your reply, complete the captcha and click 'send':

Next, you can immediately verify your reply, (to show the sender that this reply did come from you directly), or skip this and verify later from an email link:

If you verify using your password, you will then see the confirmation of your reply being sent:

Or if you choose to skip the verification you will see the options to reply as yourself, the initial email recipient, or as another person, if this email has been forwarded to you:

Choosing 'yes' will send your reply immediately, show the confirmation, and send a verification email directly to you, in order to verify your reply. This email is shown below:

You can then select 'verify this was you' option to verify your reply, which will then update the reply that the sender can see, to show that you have verified your reply message. You will then see the confirmation of this:
