Logging in
First you will need to find the specific Alert website for your force area, for example neighbourhoodalert.co.uk, you can then access the admin login options by adding '/admin' to the end of the web address for your areas website.
You will then be presented with the following two options:
You can then choose the relevant login area for the task(s) you are wanting to perform, the login details for both options will always be the same and you can reset your password from either option, using the same process, if needed (as shown below).
Resetting your password
Neighbourhood Alert
From the 'Neighbourhood Alert' login option, you can request a password reset email using the link under the login boxes:
This will then give the below screen where you can enter your email address and this will automatically send a password reset email to you containing your username and a temporary password, which can then be used to login, where you will then be able to set a new password for your account.
Rapport
From the 'Rapport' login option, you can request a password reset email using the 'Forgot your password' button under the login button:
This will then give the below screen where you can choose to reset your password using a pin sent by SMS (if you have a mobile number on your account), or by email:
The SMS reset option allows you to receive a PIN by text message, which can then be used to verify your identity and you will then be able to set a new password for your account:
The email reset option will give the below screen where you can enter your email address and this will automatically send a password reset email to you containing your username and a temporary password, which can then be used to login, where you will then be able to set a new password for your account.
If you do have any difficulty requesting your administrator account, you can contact our support desk at: support@neighbourhoodalert.co.uk and we'd be happy to assist you with this. You can also book in a help session for this here.
