If you have forgotten the memorable words that are used to confirm your identity when logging into your account, you can reset these using the button as shown below, when on the screen to enter those memorable details:
(You are not able to reset these, if you have just reset your password, in this case please contact your system administrator)
After clicking that button you should see the below screen, and receive an email containing a verification code, as below:
Once this code is then entered on that screen, you will then see the options to fill in new memorable information:
After this information has been entered you will then be prompted to login to your account, using those new details.
