16/05/2022	Email domain checking	When an email address is saved against an account, do an MX lookup to see if valid servers are returned. eg: [e-mail] will inform the admin of an invalid email domain.

10/05/2022	Incoming message escalation	Added a parser to read incoming Alert replies to detect keywords (bomb, kill, stab etc) and escalate the reply to a designated team.
