For logging into your administrator account and accessing the Rapport Admin area, you can use the below steps:
Please see here if you do not yet have an administrator account for the V4 Neighbourhood Alert system
Step 1: Visit https://admin.YOURSITENAME (for example: https://admin.neighbourhoodalert.co.uk or https://admin.nottinghamshirealert.co.uk)
You will then see the below screen for logging into your administrator account:
Step 2: Add your Email Address, or username if this is not your email address, and password and click Login
Tip: you can also use the 'Password Reset' option here to receive a code by email in order to reset your password
Step 3: Use your memorable word/place/number to complete logging in.
Step 4: Click on Rapport
Note: A few forces will have the option to 'Login Using the Microsoft Account'. If an account is set up for you here, you can login as usual using your email address and password.
Once you are then logged in you can alter your account details and access help resources and contact details from: 'Help & Settings' > Help Centre / Your Details
