You can view and edit the membership for a scheme from the edit option on a scheme, or from the membership option directly on the scheme.
From the edit (pencil icon), you can view all the details for the scheme, view the current members and add new members from 'Add people to scheme':
Using 'Add people to scheme' then shows the suggested members within the scheme's area who you may add to the scheme. As an MSA you can also search for any user you can see, in any area, and add them to the scheme, as well.
Using the 'View people in scheme' option, shows the suggested members for the scheme, then below those, the current members of the scheme:
You can alter the role of scheme members and remove members from a scheme from the options below:
When you update the scheme role for a member you will see the below options:
Scheme roles:
Area coordinator - A Neighbourhood Watch role for those that oversee multiple schemes in their local area (helping and engaging with scheme coordinators). They have scheme coordinator access, plus the ability to edit any schemes they are part of.
Main Coordinator - The coordinator in control of the scheme, with access to the scheme options in Alert
Deputy - For deputies who may assist with running the scheme, this gives access to the scheme options.
Member - A member of the scheme, can receive scheme messages from the Main Coordinator
If you choose to remove a member from a scheme, you can then select the reason from the list:
