From the admin login page, you can also request a password reset email directly, using the 'Password Reset' option below:
Please ensure that you are requesting the password from the admin area for your site admin.alertsitename.co.uk, and that the email address you are using for this is the same version as is saved on your admin account.
Please note that requesting a password reset with the grey button here, will not apply to the password for logging in with a Microsoft account, for the forces that use Active directory login. If you would like to reset this password, you can do so from the active directory login screen.
From here you then need to enter the email address / mobile number exactly as this is saved in your administrator account:
If your details as you have entered here do then match an existing admin account, you will be sent a password reset code email automatically, this can then be used to input the code on screen:
Once this is entered, you will then be asked to confirm a memorable information option:
You can then set your new password for your account:
You will then be taken to the login screen to access your account with the newly set password as normal.
