If you are adding files / links to a page, you will first need to navigate to the page editor for the relevant page, in the admin area, from: site controls > page overview, then clicking 'edit page' for the relevant page.
Adding a new link to a file
Please note: any uploaded files should be first converted to pdf, in order to be uploaded correctly.
For adding a new link you will first need to add the text to be displayed in the page editor:
You can then highlight this text and use the 'link' option in the top of the editor:
If you then use 'browse server' you will see the currently uploaded files to link to. If your file is already uploaded, you can click that file here, then click 'OK' to create the link.
If you would like to upload a new file to link to, after clicking 'browse server' you can use 'choose file' which will open your local documents to choose your file from.
Before uploading this file you will need to ensure that the file name contains no spaces
You can then click 'Upload file' to upload this. Then find your new file in the list and click that to link to that file. Then use 'OK' to create your link.
Updating an existing link
For updating an existing link you should first highlight the existing link in the editor, then use the 'link' option in the top of the editor. You can then use the browse server option as in the above section to change the file that this link points to.
You can also update the text of any links by updating the text in the editor, then re-adding the link as above.
Please ensure that once you have finished editing the page that you use the 'Save' option:
You can then check that this link is correct using the 'view site' option in the admin menu at the top of the page:
