The connection details must be as follows:

Incoming mail server:
Hostname: mail.visav.net
Username: Your email address
Password: Your mailbox password
Authentication type: Password
(IMAP using STARTTLS over port 143)
or (IMAP using SSL/TLS over port 993)
or (POP using SSL/TLS over port 995)

Outgoing mail server:
Hostname: mail.visav.net
Username: Your email address
Password: Your mailbox password
Authentication type: Password
(SMTP using STARTTLS/SSL over port 587)
