The Ranking Matrix and Ranking Scale options are designed to allow users to rank certain statements. For example, how much they agree or disagree with a particular statement.
For the Ranking Matrix and Ranking Scale questions how these are setup is exactly the same. The difference in these questions types is how the answers can be selected by the user:
- The Matrix question is answered with one selected answer per column.
- The Scale question is answered with one selected answer per row.
For these questions you can add rows and columns, each in a list to define how the answer grid should be displayed:
