To send out your survey you have a couple of options, including both using the Neighbourhood Alert system, as well as externally.
Sending a survey in an Alert message
Sending an automatic link in an Alert message is a good way to send your survey as this will automatically log the user into their account to answer the survey, making this as easy as possible to answer.
This can be done from the option in the Alert editor, 'insert request to complete survey:
Then picking the survey to be linked to. The Alert will then include a button automatically as below for you:
Sending a survey externally
You can also use the link from the 'Edit Survey' page to link to the survey from any other channel, such as social media or elsewhere.
Please note: The direct link should be used in messaging exactly as shown on this page for your survey, and not re-copied from a browser.
