ISO 27001

ISO/IEC 27001  is the international standard that sets out the specification for an ISMS (information security management system). Its best-practice approach helps organisations manage their information security by addressing people and processes as well as technology.

In particular, the ISO 27001 standard is designed to function as a framework for an organization's information security management system (ISMS). This includes all security, policies and processes relevant to how data is controlled and used.
