Overview
The Alert system features an enhanced set of reports and management information (MI) via the Enhanced Reporting section.
Area Groupings for reports
For any of the default reports under the Enhanced Reporting section, you can view these for any custom area grouping that you can create. These could be: regions, sectors, neighbourhoods etc
Custom Dashboards by request
In addition to built in reports within the main Alert admin area, subscribers to the Enhanced Reports section can also request any bespoke dashboards they require in order to monitor any bespoke activity within the system scope.
A custom dashboard can deliver a live and interactive visualisation from a huge range of data including reports that monitor the work undertaken by each officer when out and about delivering surveys. Reports can include success rates, maps of areas visited, top performers etc. These custom reports can then be accessed using links inside the Enhanced Reporting section.

PowerBI Functionality
As part of this module some PowerBI functionality is also available, which is currently in the Beta stage of development. This includes a PowerBI Connector option, to give you more direct access to your data, and allow you full control to create any custom reports.
