Overview
The Licensed Organisation can see the registered Members who have shared their details with them, send messages to a distribution list, and receive direct, secure replies back. Other features include an escalation tool for replies containing triggers, community interest groups to segment your members i.e. CCTV owners, and options to view and contact Neighbourhood Watch Co-ordinators.
An Information Provider (IP) is an organisation that has a license to use the platform and with which Registered Members may consent to share their information.
As standard, the police service for each of the Home Office defined force areas are the 'master' license holder, with any other authorities or organisations having a 'sub-license'. The permission of the police is sought for any sub-licences within their area.
