StreetWatch - Module Overview

Overview

The StreetWatch module is a bespoke tool designed in collaboration with West Midlands Police to easily manage volunteers undertaking Citizens in Policing activities in the StreetWatch initiative. 

Features

• Create StreetWatch groups, with assigned coordinator
• Track walks by volunteers (including total walk hours)
• Complete walks with feedback from participants & assigned SPOCs
• Approve and assign StreetWatch applicants to StreetWatch groups
• Create walks, invite members by email to take part
• View mapped coverage areas for StreetWatch groups in a region
• StreetWatch overview reports with various stats including (new StreetWatch groups, new volunteers, SPOC attended walks etc)
• SPOC performance stats are tracked in the StreetWatch SPOC report
• Filterable SPOC feedback report details walk feedback left by SPOCs
