Total Users
The total number of users within the area that subscribe to the Information Provider, who registered before the end of the reporting period and have not been deleted.
- User is mapped to the area

Contactable Users
The number of contactable users within the area that subscribe to the Information Provider. Contactable means that they have at least one of email/voice/SMS enabled.

Contacted Users
The percentage of total users within the area that subscribe to the Information Provider that received a message from the Information Provider where the Alert was sent during the reporting period.

Alerts Sent
The number of Alerts sent by the Information Provider during the reporting period to any of the users in that area who subscribe to the Information Provider.

Total Messages

Average Message Rating

Alert Interactions

The number of users within the area that subscribe to the Information Provider, who registered during the reporting period and signed up themselves (not by an admin).

Admin-Registered Users
The number of users within the area that subscribe to the Information Provider, who registered during the reporting period and were registered by an admin.

Forwarding List Additions
The number of people in the forwarding lists of users registered on Neighbourhood Alert that were added during the reporting period. Forwarding lists are used by registered users to share Alerts they receive.

Overall Engagement

Total Email Alerts

Projected Email Open Rate
The projected open rate of all email messages based on actual read receipts multiplied by a factor of 1.75 to allow for email clients which do not download the tracking image within the email.
