Overview
Co-designed with West Mercia Police and rolled out for free to all police forces. It captures community engagement events, and broadcasts them to websites and as targeted Alert messages, and it provides management reports inline with the NPC and COP Neighbourhood Policing Framework.
The engagement tracker is designed so most of the suggested metrics highlighted in the Neighbourhood policing Outcome and Performance Guidelines are delivered automatically.
Features
Engagements are centrally recorded so you can quickly and easily evidence all engagement (or abstractions) plus, the unique connection to your Alert CRM means the registered public can automatically be notified about upcoming events. Local area pages can list engagements and the public can automatically be surveyed about them to provide feedback about the effectiveness or even why the event was of no interest to them. All of this additional transparency and information provision with no extra administration burden or time implications.

The Neighbourhood Alert database with its integrated surveys, events and messaging features, facilitates a modern approach to understanding, informing and measuring the impact of community engagement inline with the SARA principles and problem-solving approach.
