Targeted Engagement - Module Overview

Overview

Co-designed with Humberside Police, this module enhances the combined features of the Enhanced Survey and Origins/Acorn datasets to provide advanced targeting options and enable multiple simultaneous custom targeting setups.

The Targeted Engagement Process

The Targeted Engagement options have been designed to enable a better understanding of an area and additionally to be able to instantly deploy your engagement strategies based on multiple data sets combined with live community information and feedback from your surveys.

Adding onto the targeting options available in the Enhanced Survey Module, where a single targeting setup is used for all administrators for your Priority Survey only, Targeted Engagement allows multiple custom targeting setups to be running simultaneously.

These can be assigned to specific Teams, so that different groups of administrators can do different surveys in the door-to-door street survey options, and target different sets of priority addresses. Targeted Engagement unlocks much customisability for the door-to-door survey functionality with the use of these Local Targeting Setups, beyond the Enhanced Survey Module alone.

A Wide Range of Information Instantly Available

This module enables local inspectors or other authorised officers to browse a large range of live, internal and external data on an interactive map, formulate an engagement or prevent strategy and instantly see which local streets are the most effective to target this strategy at.   

Visualise the Selections

The powerful mapping solution enables the data selected to be visualised on maps and produced in street lists.  The maps can be zoomed down to street level and identify registered users that match profiles as well as pins over houses for un-registered households that match the criteria set.

Plans can be created both as a default, Force-Wide strategy and at a neighbourhood level, to suit localised challenges and objectives.

Launch to Officer Handsets

In conjunction with our powerful enhanced survey module, the strategy can be deployed to local team mobile devices and used to direct them to targeted locations.  Once on the correct streets, dedicated surveys are delivered at the doorstep based on the core requirements of the strategy and the policing plan as a whole.
