When sending an Alert message out on the system, you will have the option to send immediately or schedule the message to send at a later date.
If a scheduled message needs to be edited, or cancelled for any reason, you can do this from the Main Admin interface, as below. Our guide for the same process on the Rapport interface can also be found here: Cancelling a scheduled message - Rapport
To cancel or edit a scheduled message, firstly navigate to the message console.
From there, you can access your messages, under the sent messages section.
On the following page, you can then filter your messages, to show the scheduled messages.
Then, for the message you wish to edit/cancel, you can view the message details using the icon highlighted below.
On the following page, you can then:
-Edit your scheduled message:
-Change the date at which the message will send:
-Cancel the message:
If you have edited the content or sending schedule for the message, make sure to then save these changes, using the button at the bottom of the screen.
