In the Neighbourhood Alert Main Admin area, there are many types of reports that are available for you to access. Some of these include: Member Growth, Area Overview, Team Reports, KPI Report and the Link Tracking report, please see below a brief overview of each of these reports and where to find them.
Most of these reports are downloadable in a CSV or PDF format in addition to being accessible directly from the admin area.
In order to access any of the reports you should navigate to the reports section, from the main admin menu, which can be found here:
Reports can then be accessed from the left side of the screen.
More reports, that will be specific to a certain area, can also be accessed from the area list on the reporting page. Use the plus icon to expand an area and view those within. Clicking on the three dots icon, next to an area, will allow you to select a report for that area, as below.

Member Growth Report:
This provides a graphical figure of how many people have joined the system and how this has increased over the months, with green representing total number of members and pink representing the new members that have joined each month.
Area Overview Report:
Area Overview report provides further analysis on your particular area and gives a general insight into the number of messages that have been sent and the number of people that have been registered onto the system by administrators. You can also view the stats for other specific administrators below the summary figures and get a further insight into user registrations and message sending.
Team Reports:
The team report shows the same stats as the area overview report, however, this has been filtered down to only include the stats for the Administrators in the Team that you have selected (from those that you are part of).
KPI Report:
All Administrators will be emailed the KPI report at the beginning of each month as a PDF. The report will be relevant to the area you have been given access to on the system and will be for the previous month.
This report was agreed by the Neighbourhood Alert Development Board and contains statistics covering lots of elements of the system such as growth, engagement and a helpful comparison with other forces.

Links inside Alerts Report:
The Links inside Alerts report gives an insight into the links that you have featured within any alert message that has been sent out. This shows you how many times the link has been accessed, when it was created and when the last time it got accessed was.
Geo Visualisation:
Many stats from the KPI report, such as the number of users registered in an area, can be visualised on a map in the Geo Visualisation report. Details on the available stats can be found in the guide here: Geo Visualisation Report
Star points per administrator:
This report will show the star points earnt by each administrator in the selected area. Star points will be earnt for actions such as registering members, sending messages and completing engagements. An explanation of the star points system can be found here: Star Points
Administrator activity:
The administrator activity report will show stats for admins who have access within the selected area. Stats shown will include the number of Alerts sent, the number of Alert recipients, surveys completed, members registered and engagements completed, these stats are not filtered by the area that they took place in.
Administrators assigned to area:
This will show the list of administrators who have the area selected for the report assigned to their account.
Registrations per admin report:
This report will show the number of registrations, per administrator who have been assigned the selected area (where registered members may be in any area). These stats are broken down to show how many members have activated their email addresses, don't have an email address, or have since been deleted.
NW overview report:
This report will list the Neighbourhood Watch members and coordinators within schemes in the selected area.
Growth per beat report:
This report shows (per beat area) the total number of members, number registered in the date period, and number verified in the date period.
Origins overview report (requires Origins Module):
This report is only available for the forces who have the origins module. The report will show the representation of members compared to the population, per Origins ethnicity type, in the selected area, based on the Origins predictive ethnicity dataset. Information about how the Origins dataset is created can be seen here.
Household targeting reports
These reports are available only to forces that make use of a priority / door-to-door survey with the Enhanced Survey Module.
Interactions per administrator:
This will show the number of priority survey interactions, per administrator, (for the selected targeting setup) in the selected area and date range.
Interactions per street:
This will show the totals of priority interactions per street.
Recommended street list:
This will show the recommended streets to survey, with the priority survey. This is based on the number of priority addresses in the street (that have not been recently visited), based on the selected targeting setup.
Recommended area list:
This will show the recommended areas to survey, with the priority survey. This is based on the number of priority addresses in the street, based on the selected targeting setup.
Household interactions map:
This will show the priority survey interactions on a map, for the selected area
Engagement reports
The following reports are related to the Engagement tracker and will only apply to forces that make use of this module.
Engagements by area:
This will list the Engagements recorded per area and per engagement category, for the current year.
Engagements by team:
This will list the Engagements recorded per team and per engagement category, for the current year.
Mappable Engagements
This will display the engagements recorded on a map, based on the locations set for each engagement.
Engagement stats:
This report will allow you to filter engagements per area, category, engagement type and the team that took part in the engagement. Engagements will be listed based on your selected criteria, which can be exported, and stats regarding the completion info for these engagements will be displayed.
