Search for Members by Group

Within the Main admin area in Neighbourhood Alert, you can search for members by their group membership within a particular area.

The way to do this is first locating the members area on the left hand panel on the Main Admin:

Once you have located this, you will be presented with the members search screen with a location which has three dots on the right of it and an arrow sign on the left of it:

You can press the arrow icon and drill down your area further if you would like to view members of a group within a very specific area if you wish to, however the process is the same for finding group members no matter how far down you filter.

Once you have found your particular area, you can select the three dots on the right hand side of the location and select the option "Load groups for area".

After selecting this option you will be presented with a list of groups within that area. These are the groups for this area that members have chosen to join either during registration, or from within their account after they have registered.

Once you have chosen the group you want to see all the members for in a particular area, you can press the arrow icon alongside it and then click the three dots next to the further list of groups beside it and you will be presented with 4 options.

You can then use these options for that group, to add them to your recipient list to send to, or view those members as a list directly. You can also view the growth report for this group, to view when members joined this. Finally. you can also view the members in that group placed geographically on a map.
