To see if a message has received ratings and subsequently view the message ratings within the main admin, first go to "Message Console" and select the relevant "Sent Messages" option. If a message has received ratings, the icon will appear highlighted.
Click on the icon to view an overview of the ratings received:
The button will display a more detailed breakdown, including details of the individuals who have rated the message:
