Previously you may have seen that some addresses weren't shown within Alert when adding a new member, we have undertaken some development work to enable a geographic address lookup, if the address you’re looking for isn’t listed. It should look like this:
Once the yellow button is clicked, it will do a geographic address lookup rather than a postal address search, and give you a new list where any geographical addresses will then be shown:

While we’ve done the development work to allow for an additional geographic address lookup, the best method would be to report to Royal Mail that it is in fact a Delivery Point Address which you can do from their website https://www.royalmail.com/personal/receiving-mail/update-your-address. By getting them to update the Royal Mail Postcode Address File it will help in all the other services that use their data.
If the address you are looking for still cannot be found, you can add the member to a nearby location then manually correct their address, once added.
This can be done after adding the account, from the 'My Groups & Members' option from the Rapport home screen.
At this point, you can search for the account, using an email address, name or postcode.
Once the account has been located you can click on it to edit the account details. This should provide the option to manually edit the listed address. After correcting this, the change can be applied using the 'Save' button at the bottom of the page.
