When sending an Alert message out on the system, you will have the option to send immediately or schedule the message to send at a later date.
If a scheduled message needs to be edited, or cancelled for any reason, you can do this from the Rapport interface, as below. Our guide for the same process on the Main Admin interface can also be found here: Cancelling a scheduled message - Main admin
To cancel or edit a scheduled message, firstly navigate to the 'Your Messages' section:
From there, you can access your messages, from the overview tab at the top of the screen:
This will list all messages sent, or scheduled to send, by you and your team members.
For the message you wish to edit/cancel, you can do this using the 'view message' icon pictured below:
On the following page, you can then:
-Edit your scheduled message
-Change the date at which the message will send
-Cancel the message.
If you have edited the content or sending schedule for the message, make sure to then save these changes, using the button at the bottom of the screen.
