KIN Overview

Within this section you can view the KIN Assets for your areas, with the option to filter by KIN Categories and Types as well as KIN Asset Properties. 

At the top of the page you can use the filters to find the KIN Assets that are of interest:


Using the view button for a KIN Asset will display details including the address, any existing contacts linked to the Asset and any engagements for that asset.

You also have the option to add a new contact for this KIN Asset directly from this page, where you can search for an existing member, or add a new person:


When adding a new KIN Contact for an asset, you can choose if they are registering at their home address, or at the address of the KIN Asset. You can also choose if this contact should receive the normal Alert messages for their area, or only KIN based messages.

Finally, you can select any relevant asset properties to assign to the new KIN Contact.


From the KIN Asset screen, you can also add a KIN Engagement for the location, for adding this, you can select which particular contact(s) were engaged with, or use the 'Location general engagement' if this was a general engagement at that location:
