Add Static Asset

Within this section you can add a new KIN Asset to the system, which may be a particular address  / property that doesn't exist in the system by default. 

KIN Asset - The Individual addresses / properties which may have KIN Contacts stored against them, sorted under the Asset Properties.

Static Asset - See: KIN Asset as above.

Adding a new Static Asset

From the page as below, you can add the details for adding a new KIN Asset:

Name - The name of the KIN Asset

Required access level - Set the access level that an admin must have in order to view this KIN Asset

Categories & Types (Properties) - Select the properties to be assigned to this KIN Asset

Contact Number - Add the main contact number for this KIN Asset

Contact Email -  Add the main contact email for this KIN Asset

Address -  Add the address details for this KIN Asset

Using 'look up address' after inputting the address details will then place the pin on the map for this location to be added. You can then use 'Save' to add the new Static Asset.
