For receiving voice messages you may need to adjust the settings on your account for which contact methods you can receive Alert messages through.
You can do this from within your account, then going to: 'Configure how you would like to receive messages', as below:
Then under the Voice messages section you can either select a telephone number that is on your account already, or add a new number, as below, from 'edit details':
You can then enter a telephone number for receiving the voice messages to:
Then select to receive voice message and pick a number from your account:
When you then receive a voice message this will play automatically when you answer the call, and you have the below options:
Press 1: Acknowledge receipt
Press 2: repeat the message
Press 3: record a response to the Alert
