For the forces that make use of the Local Area Pages module to display their neighbourhood teams to the public, some officers may have an option to update the priorities for their local area (for info regarding setting up the local area pages, see here).
Furthermore, if the integration into single online home has been setup, these priorities will also display on your Police force's 'Single Online Home' website, among with other data (for info regarding setting up the connection to SOH here)
If you have the account permissions to do so (Usually Area Admin, Super User, or equivalent roles), you can update the local priorities for an area, from the Main Admin area, by accessing the 'Site Configuration' section.
From there, on the menu on the left, you can access the option labelled 'Local Area Setup'.
This should display a list of areas that you have access to from your account.
Click on the arrow icon to drill down into an area and view the areas within.
To edit an area's priorities, click on the three dots next to the area, then select the option 'Local Priorities'.
This should take you to the screen pictured below. If there are any existing priorities they should be listed, per the image below. From here these priorities can be edited or deleted.
Clicking on 'Create a new priority' should take the administrator to the page below. From there, they can fill in text regarding the priority issue and the date it was added. For Welsh Police forces, they should also have an extra text box to write the Welsh version of the priority as well.
Text can also be filled in to describe the actions for this priority and the date of action. From there, the priority can be saved.
