With the KINs module you can configure specific engagement types to be used when engaging with your KINs. These types can also include customisable outcomes that must be populated when a KIN engagement is added to the system.
Adding KIN Engagement Outcomes
First, you will need to set up any KIN Engagement Outcomes that you wish to record for your engagements. This can be done from: Engagement Tracker > KIN Engagements > Add New Engagement Outcome:
You can then set the Name of the outcome, the input type (yes/no, text, number etc), if this outcome is required, and how the results for this should be displayed.
View KIN Engagement Outcomes
You can view the KIN Engagement Outcomes that have been added for your site from: Engagement Tracker > KIN Engagements > Engagement Outcomes Overview.
Adding KIN Engagement Types
After any outcomes have been configured, you can then add a new engagement type from: Engagement Tracker > Create New Engagement Type.
Once you set the Category of this new Engagement Type as 'Key Individual Network (KIN)', the options for creating this new Type will show just the details required for adding a KIN Engagement Type, including any KIN Engagement Outcomes that you have created.
For the KIN Engagement Type you can then set the Name and select any Engagement Outcomes that are relevant for this new KIN Engagement Type.
Once this new Type has then been saved, this will be available for admins to use when they are adding KIN Engagements.
